Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. – March 13th, 2023 – ADATA today announced its financial results for fiscal year 2022. Total revenue for the year was NT$34.93 billion and gross margin was 12.57%. Net income totaled NT$886 million and net income attributable to shareholders of parent was NT$830 million. Based on 260 million outstanding shares, EPS was NT$3.19. The Board approved the payout proposal to issue NT$2 cash dividend per common share. On consolidated basis, total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2022 was NT$7.46 billion. Gross profit was NT$828 million and gross margin was 11.1%. Net income of NT$205 million increased by 19.11% quarter-over-quarter. Net income attributable to shareholders of parent was NT$179 million, an increase of 25.94% quarter-over-quarter and EPS was NT$0.69.
