Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. – March 24th, 2021 – ADATA today announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. Total consolidated revenue for the year was NT$32.2 billion, an increase of 26.07% YoY. Gross profit was NT$4.78 billion which has a significant increase of 68.84% YoY and gross margin rose to 14.82%, compared with 11.07% for 2019. Net income was NT$1.36 billion, an increase of 231.58% YoY. Based on 221 million outstanding shares, EPS was NT$6.1. ADATA Board of Directors has proposed a distribution of a NT$3.5 cash dividend per common share. The proposal is scheduled to be discussed and decided at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 28, 2021. Based on the company’s stock closing price of NT$80.4 today, its dividend yield reached 4.35%. On consolidated basis, total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2020 was NT$8.86 billion, an increase of 25.42% YoY. Gross profit was NT$1.1 billion, an increase of 82% YoY. Net income was NT$317 million and EPS was NT$1.41.
