ADATA is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered to the customer as a result of the customer providing incorrect or incomplete information or not responding to related ADATA's requests for correct information.
If ADATA has contacted you twice to no avail, and you have not taken the initiative to pick up your product within three months from the date of your repair submission, you will be deemed to have abandoned the repaired product. The repaired product will be disposed of by ADATA as it deems fit.
