Building a Workplace Where Employees Thrive: Empowering Innovation and Strengthening the ADATA Employer Brand
Taipei, Taiwan – Aug 17, 2026 –
ADATA Technology, a global leader in memory modules and flash storage, has been named one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the seventh consecutive year, while also receiving the Sustainable Workplace Award. These dual honors recognize ADATA’s achievements in both people-centric workplace culture and sustainable practices. Guided by its core belief that “Talent drives innovation, while culture enables excellence and sustainability,” ADATA is committed to creating a workplace where employees can grow, thrive, and contribute to long-term sustainable value.
ADATA Technology Chairman Simon Chen said, “What enables a company to thrive over the long term is not only its technology and products, but more importantly, its people and culture. At ADATA, we strive to create a virtuous cycle in which technological innovation, talent development, and sustainable values reinforce one another. Being named one of Asia’s best companies to work for seven consecutive years demonstrates that our employees not only recognize the actions we have taken, but also believe in the values and culture we are building. By enabling every employee to grow alongside the company, we continue to strengthen ADATA’s global competitiveness and positive impact.”
ADATA Builds an Ideal Workplace, Earns Recognition for Seven Consecutive Years
This year marks the seventh consecutive year that ADATA has received the Best Companies to Work for in Asia award, including three consecutive years of receiving the Gold Award. The recognition underscores ADATA’s forward-looking approach to the global talent landscape and its continued efforts to deepen its sustainable business strategy. According to this year’s HR Asia employee survey, ADATA outperformed the market average across all three assessment dimensions—Core (organizational culture), Self (individual employee experience), and Group (team dynamics)—with particularly strong results in the Self category. The results demonstrate that ADATA’s long-term investment in its people has translated into tangible, positive workplace experiences. Employees not only identify with the company’s values, but also recognize its continued investment in employee benefits, health and well-being, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
As competition for talent increasingly shifts from simply providing benefits to enhancing overall employee value, ADATA has extended its employee care beyond the workplace to encompass employees’ families and everyday lives. In 2025, the company organized large-scale Family Day events and overseas employee trips, encouraging employees to participate together with their families. At the same time, ADATA has developed comprehensive health promotion and employee assistance programs that support physical and mental well-being, families, and work-life balance. Through these initiatives, “people first” is more than a corporate philosophy—it is a workplace culture that employees can experience in their daily lives.
Bringing Sustainability into Everyday Life: AI + ESG Creates New Momentum for Talent Development
From energy conservation and carbon reduction to green offices, social inclusion, and talent development, ADATA continues to integrate sustainability into its business operations and employees’ everyday work experience. This year, ADATA received the Sustainable Workplace Award, earning strong employee recognition across all three areas of assessment: environmental initiatives, social responsibility, and corporate governance. The results validate ADATA’s efforts in recent years to closely align its ESG strategy with its talent development roadmap. ADATA’s long-standing commitment to sustainable business practices has also earned Chairman Simon Chen recognition at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) with the Responsible Business Leader Award. The honor reflects ADATA’s continued commitment to creating long-term value through sustainability—from corporate governance to workplace culture.
As AI and sustainability transformation reshape the skills and capabilities required of tomorrow’s workforce, ADATA is actively moving toward a model in which employees are empowered to put transformation into practice together with the company. In 2025, ADATA conducted more than 60 ESG- and AI-related training courses, strengthening employees’ capabilities in intelligent innovation and sustainable transformation. In 2026, ADATA further partnered with National Tsing Hua University to establish the ADATA Sustainability and Climate Change Research Center. Focusing on sustainable technologies, green materials, and climate data science, the center leverages industry-academia collaboration to cultivate the next generation of green-collar talent and build long-term momentum for corporate and industry transformation.
With AI + ESG as the twin pillars of its strategy, ADATA will continue to advance talent development, employee well-being, and sustainability practices. By empowering employees to become not only participants in the company’s transformation but also key partners in creating new opportunities, ADATA is building a sustainable enterprise with greater resilience and global competitiveness.
