The ADATA UFS 3.1 is an advanced hybrid embedded storage device, integrating an embedded flash controller with 3D NAND flash and featuring the UFS 3.1 interface. Designed for portable and connected devices, they deliver high reliability, outstanding performance, and enhanced power efficiency in compact packages.

Enhanced Speed & Reliability

Supporting UFS 3.1 features such as PWM G1~G4 and HS-G1~G4 modes, both series offer high random access speeds, advanced flow control, and powerful computing capabilities. Their hardware ECC engines combined with intelligent flash management significantly improve NAND flash endurance and ensure stable code and data storage across diverse applications.

Flexible Integration & Power Efficiency

ADATA UFS 3.1 supports advanced power management schemes, and enhanced vendor command sets. These capabilities enable high flexibility for customization, diagnostics, and failure analysis, making them suitable for a wide range of embedded system designs.

Compact Form Factor for Portable Devices

The UFS31A features a JEDEC form factor of 11mm × 13mm × 1.2mm (153 balls, 0.5mm pitch), ideal for multimedia mobile handsets,tablet, personal media players, and other low-power embedded systems.
