If a foreign object is placed on top of the charger, will it affect charging?

| A: Avoid placing any metallic objects, such as coins, on top of the charger while charging. Due to safety concerns, the charger is designed to cease charging when a foreign metallic object is detected. |

If my smartphone case is made of metal or contains metal, will it affect charging?

| A: Please remove phone cases and covers containing metallic components before charging. In addition, phone cases (made from any material) thicker than 5mm may affect charging or cause charging to stop. |

If the length of the included cable is not long enough, can I extend it with an extension cable?

| A: Please do not use a USB extension cable with the wireless charging pad. |

| A: If used and maintained properly, the product will last you a long time. Avoid placing excessive weight on top of the charging pad, or use it in excessively humid or wet environments. |

| A: Yes. This product comes with a Micro USB charging cable. Do not twist or squeeze the cable to prevent damage. If you need to replace the USB cable, please purchase one that meets the manufacturer\'s specifications. |
