Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. – July 28, 2026 – ADATA today announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2026. Driven by the continued memory market upcycle, the company delivered record financial performance, with revenue, operating profit, net income and EPS all reaching record highs. For the first half of 2026, consolidated revenue totaled NT$64.2 billion, up 182.6% year-over-year. Gross margin was 47.6%, while operating profit amounted to NT$25 billion, increasing 14-fold year-over-year. Net income totaled NT$20.7 billion, with net income attributable to shareholders of the parent amounting to NT$19.9 billion, both increasing more than 13-fold year-over-year. Based on a weighted average of 319 million outstanding shares, EPS came in at NT$62.46, marking the strongest first-half earnings performance in the company’s history.

For the second quarter of 2026, consolidated revenue totaled NT$38.1 billion, up 197.4% year-over-year. Gross margin was 42.1%, while operating profit came in at NT$12.8 billion, representing a 939.3% increase year-over-year. Net income exceeded the NT$10 billion milestone for the first time, surging more than tenfold year-over-year to NT$10.8 billion. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent amounted to NT$10.4 billion. Based on a weighted average of 321 million outstanding shares, EPS rose to a record NT$32.39.

The Board of Directors today approved the earnings distribution proposal for the first half of 2026, recommending a cash dividend of NT$18.0 per common share.
