The Company does not discriminate against employees' race, gender, age, marital status, political stand, or religious believes, and will not hire, qualify, and promote employees based on the aforementioned standards. Respect employees and their freedom in forming associations, never hire child labor and forced labor, arrange reasonable work and rest schedules, oppose and prohibit all human trafficking, and provide reasonable salary and welfare systems. The Company also demands various supply-chain manufacturers to adhere to EICC specifications, prohibit the hiring of child labor, follow national laws and regulations, conform to industry code of ethics, and maintain employees' legal rights and interests.
